The Gunther G. Hoos Award

The Gunther G. Hoos Award is granted to support a deserving student with direct funding for their capstone internship. It is made prior to or during their internship semester to allow students to expand their internship possibilities.

Candidates must be cleared for their Communications Media or Game Design capstone internship and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Application Materials and Process:

*Provide a pdf artist statement evincing your approach to your medium/discipline, a vision of your creative future, and the web link to your online portfolio/reel from your internship qualification process.

*Provide a pdf copy of your professional academic resume – the one used for your internship qualification process is perfectly suitable. Email both as attachments to: commedia@fitchburgstate.edu with “Gunther Hoos Scholarship Application” in the subject line
